    We are Visiontech Group, Inc. (“VGI”) , the exclusive global marketing, sales, distribution, product development, and customer relationship management affiliate of the world's largest and most innovative original equipment designer and manufacturer (ODM/OEM) of advanced indoor and greenhouse agricultural & horticultural (Ag/Hort) grow lighting and related products.


    For decades, our multi-billion dollar, publicly-traded manufacturing parent company provided white-label ODM/OEM services to virtually every major third-party Ag/Hort grow light brand. 


    In 2014, having foreseen the wave of mergers & acquisitions that have since then dramatically consolidated the global Ag/Hort grow light industry, we made what proved to be a prescient strategic decision to introduce to the world our own in-house “efinity” brand of superior-quality grow lights and related products.

    By the end of 2019, we completed our plan to phase-out all third-party ODM/OEM contract services, having exclusively dedicated our industry-leading design, technological, and manufacturing resources, and our key strategic relationships with the world's leading component manufacturers, to our own efinity line of grow lighting and related products.


    Today, efinity brand products dominate international sales throughout the Americas, Europe, the Mid-East, and Asia, and we are routinely showered with praise and accolades from our highly-valued customers worldwide.


    All our products are tested and certified by the leading independent third-party testing and certification agencies evaluating products in our booming global industry.


    In 2018, our 1,000 watt, full-spectrum, dimmable or non-dimmable, efinity Pro-Luxx Series light fixtures redefined the standard for high pressure sodium (HPS) lights in our industry.  Over 1,000,000 units were sold outside North America and 880,000 units within North America, by far out-selling all competitors.

    Exemplifying superiority in innovative design, technology, and manufacturing, the efinity Pro-Luxx Series is distinguished by the world's only pure silver-coated, single-ended screw-in outer lamp encasing a custom-designed double end-ignited Philips bulb, delivering the world's only 99.99% reflection rate yet offering maximum operational safety.


    In 2019, our 660 watt, full-spectrum efinity Superstar Series LED (light-emitting diode) light fixtures even more emphatically revolutionized the indoor LED segment of our industry, revealing our true unique competitive advantage in terms of product innovation, design, technology, and integrative manufacturing capabilities.


    In 2020, we introduced both our 600 watt, full-spectrum efinity OUMUA Series LED, the world's most powerful greenhouse LED grow light product, and our 330 watt, full-spectrum efinity Superstar VEGA LED, designed as the world's most efficient and high-performance for plant vegetation light.
